Delivery & Returns

Your discretion is important to us. Therefore we ship our products in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes for small items.

With Butterfly Kisses, you can pick a delivery date that suits you by going with our 'Next Day Delivery' package that enables you to tell us when you would like your product delivered. Available to customers in mainland Ireland only.

Please be aware that Butterfly Kisses cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Can I return items ?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or credit ONLY. Items must remain unopened and unused. Sorry shipping costs will not be refunded and additional postage charged may be incurred for delivery of replacement product.

Can I return goods I have opened?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Do I get a cash refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. Instead we offer either credit for another product or an exchange for a product of the same monetry value.

What if the goods I buy are faulty?

We also offer a 90 day fault warranty* on all products sold at Butterfly Kisses. The product must be returned to us at the cost of the customer before we can issue an exchange or credit. *Terms and conditions apply.
