   We can source any product from anywhere in the world, just because it is not on our website, does not mean we can not get it in stock.

   If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or credit ONLY. Items must remain unopened and unused. Sorry shipping costs will not be refunded and additional postage charged may be incurred for delivery of replacement product.

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return items?

   Faulty items can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a replacement, we do not accept lingerie for hygiene reasons.

   Vibrators can be returned within 90 days, but only if they are faulty. We do not accept lingerie for hygiene purposes.

3. Can I return goods I have opened?

   Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
